基于ANSYS的星载计算机模态分析

摘    要:以星载计算机OBC386模块为例,应用有限元软件ANSYS,分别采用单一实体单元和组合的壳、梁单元创建有限元模型进行模态分析,从有限单元数、固有频率、模态振型、计算时间及计算精度方面分析计算结果,得出较为合理的壳与梁单元组合的微小卫星结构有限元模型.从而为微小卫星整星结构动力学特性分析建立可靠的有限元模型奠定了基础.

Abstract:In this paper,modal simulation analysis by FEM is introduced,with satellite-carrying computer OBC386 module taken as an example.FEM models are created by use of the finite software ANSYS,and with single solid elements and combined shell-beam elements employed separately.Conclusion is drawn from the discussion about finite element numbers,natural frequencies,mode shapes,computing time and calculation precisions,that is:the FEM model of small satellite structure with combined shell-beam elements is proved more reasonable.The study affords a guarantee for creating a reliable FEM model for dynamic analysis of small satellite structure as a whole.
