摘    要:管结构是当今建筑结构中的一种主要结构形式,而管节点是管结构的主要组成构件之一。为了确保管节点能够具有足够的强度和刚度,以使整个管结构具有安全可靠的服役状态,对管节点进行强度分析是整个管结构设计过程中的重要内容之一。本文利用钢结构规范法和有限元法对常见的T型圆管节点进行分析,研究T型圆管节点支管的受压与受拉承载力的设计值,以及不同约束情况下T型节点的有限元计算结果。通过规范法与有限元法的分析对比,结果表明,在节点两端完全约束的情况下,两种方法的计算结果基本一致。但总体来说有限元法的精度更高、考虑的影响因素更加全面,而规范法的使用较为便捷。

Analysis and Comparison of Mechanical Properties of T-tube Node

Abstract:The tube structure is a major type of large-span structural engineering structures,and the tube node is one of components of the tube structure.In order to make sure theat the tube node has sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure the entire structure being in a safe and reliable service status,strength analysis of the tube node is conducted as an important step in the design process of the entire tube structure.In this paper,the finite element analysis software and the formula recommended by the steel specification norms are employed to analyze the T-tube node.The compression and tension design value of bearing capacity of the T-tube node node branches are studied,and the finite element values of the T-tube node under different constraint conditions are calculated.Comparing the results from the specifications norm method with those from the finite elenent nethod,it is found that the calculation results from the two methods are basically not much different under the condition that the six DOF of the letf end and the right end of the main tube are constrained.On the whole,the accuracy of results from the finite element method is higher than those by the specifications norm method,whereas the latter method is more convenient to use.
