摘    要:在三种不同的色谱条件下,分别建立了利用高效液相色谱测定2-苯基苯并噻唑合成产率的分析方法,并且考察了在不同的色谱条件下利用高效液相色谱检测2-苯基苯并噻唑合成产率准确度的影响规律。结果表明:利用测定色谱条件相对应的三种标准曲线计算得到2-苯基苯并噻唑的产率差别较小,准确度高;在有机合成条件优化时,为了获得更好的分离效果,可以利用不同的色谱条件进行检测,根据在其它色谱条件下所作的标准曲线计算该合成方法的反应产率。

Abstract:In this paper,three different analysis methods determined the yield of 2-phenylbenzothiazole were established in three different HPLC conditions.Furthermore,the key factor for the determined accuracy of the yield of 2-phenylbenzothiazole were examined by HPLC under the different chromatographic conditions.The yield of 2-phenylbenzothiazole determined according to the corresponding standard curves could be obtained in high accuracy.The low accurate data would be given when the yield of 2-phenylbenzothiazole was determined according to the different standard curves.However,the yield of 2-phenylbenzothiazole could be obtained using a different standard curve detected by HPLC in a different mobile phase during optimizing the reaction conditions.
