| 摘 要： | 本研究首次建立用分光光度法测定瑞香狼毒中光敏毒素的含量。相对标准偏差ＲＳＤ＜３％（ｎ＝５），回收率１０１．４％。测定结果表明：本方法准确、灵敏、方便、快速，适合基层实验室应用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,methods for identifying and determining phototoxoid in stellera chamaejasme L. are proposed for the first time. The relative standard deviation is less than 3%(n=5),the recovery ratio is 101.4%,Experimental results show the methods are quick,simple,correct and sensitive,and are especially suitable for use in industrial laboratories. |
