摘    要:在自熔合金粉末Ni60B中分别加入不同含最的碳化钨(WC),采用氧-乙炔火焰为热源.喷涂并重熔.形成喷熔层.对喷熔层进行了宏观硬度试验、磨粒磨损试验以及显微组织分析.试验结果表明;Ni60B喷熔层随WC加入量的不同.宏观硬度有比较明显的提高.喷熔层的耐磨性最初随WC加入量的增加而提高,达到35%时.喷熔层耐磨性最佳.超过这一含量.喷熔层耐磨性又明显下降.随WC加入量的增加.喷熔层中单位体积内由WC与W2C形成的块状混合物数量增加,块状物的数量会影响喷熔层的耐磨性.

Abstract:Different amounts of hard particles of WC are added to Ni-base self-fluxing alloy powder.Oxygen-acetylene flame is used and spray-melted coatings are formed.The influence of WC on macrohardness,microstructure and wear resistance of the coatings is investigated.Results show that,with the increase of WC amount,macrohardness of the coatings is remarkably improved,and their wear resistance also rises and gets to the optimal value when the WC content reaches 35%.However,if the WC content continues to increase,the wear resistance will drop significantly instead of rising.By means of micrograph,it is observed that,with the increase of WC content,more lumps of WC and W_2C mixture are formed in unit vlume of the coating.It shows that the number of lumps does have an influence on the wear resistance of the spray-melted coatings.
