| 摘 要： | 以甲基丙烯酸十六烷酯为主单体，甲基丙烯酸异辛酯，甲基丙烯酸丁酯分别作为第二，三单体，二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂，过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂，采用水分散相悬浮聚合法合成了可再生的高吸油性树脂，研究了交联剂用量，引发剂用量以及分散剂配方对高吸油性能树脂吸油性能及产品形态的影响，制得的树脂可吸自重39．2倍的四氯化碳，19．4倍的苯，14．5倍的煤油。

| Abstract: | By means of suspension polymerization,reproducible high oil absorption resin has been prepared,with hexadecyl methacrylate,2 ethylene methacrylate and butyl methacrylate used as monomers,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinking agent,and (di) benzoyl peroxide as the initiator.Effects of the amounts of crosslinking agent and initiator and the composition of dispersant agent on oil absorption and particle shape have been investigated.The oil absorptivly of the resin is about 39.2(g/g) for carbon tetrachloride,19.4(g/g) for xylene,and 14.5(g/g) for kerosene. |
