固体超强酸催化合成乙酸丁酯的研究

摘    要:选用固体超强酸:代替浓硫酸作催化剂,对乙酸了酯的合成进行了研究.考察了影响酯化率的多种因素.结果表明,该催化剂催化合成乙酸丁酯,具有较高的活性,在最佳条件下,酯化率大于90%。此外,该法与硫酸作催化剂相比,具有流程短、设备腐蚀程度小、无三废等优点。

Abstract:The method introduced in this paper uses soliud superacid instead of sulfuric acid to synthesize n-butyl acetate. A number of factors which affect the reaction are discussed. The experimental results show that this catalyst has higher catalytic activity in the catalytic synthesis of n-butyl acetate. Under optimum conditions,the esterificationyield exceeds 90%. Besides,this technology has some other advantages such as less investment,lower cost,freedom from three wastes,etc.
