大型铸钢件温度场测定与计算机数值模拟的研究

摘    要:本文报导了大型铸钢件温度场测定以及对检测得到的数据进行处理,获得有关浇注金属、铸型材料的热物理参数,用于电子计算机数值模拟,从而获得铸件整体热场分布,以此校对铸件生产工艺的合理性,并用计算机数值模拟的方法对不同工艺进行浇注计算,以此得到较为合理的铸件生产工艺可供生产参考。

Abstract:The initial conditions,boundary conditions and the data of thermal phyical properties needed by computer simulation were gotten by mea- suring temperature field of large size castings.The temperature field of whole casting was shown by micro-computer numerical simulation and then, by means of the results,the rationality of said processing technology could be becked,and also an improved plan could be given.
