| Abstract: | This article introduced the concepts of copyright related to scientific papers in China,distinguished the differences of the copyright law about the scientific journals between China and the United States.The copyright infringement in Chinese journals and papers was analysed,including publishing right,authorship right,integrity protection right and so on,which may be useful to obey the copyright law in editing and publishing scientific papers in China. |
