| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展,编辑活动的内容和形式也在不断变化,而编辑意识是随着编辑活动的发展而发展的.根据新时期高校学报编辑运作模式和编辑活动的新变化,编辑意识也要打破传统局限,在保持服务意识和精品意识的基础上,强化编辑的信息意识和创新意识,逐步提高高校学报的质量,办出高校学报的特色,以改变高校学报“千刊一面”的面貌.

| Abstract: | The contents and forms of editor work are constantly changing with time,and therefore according to the new changes of working form and activates of editors the minds of editors also need break up from traditional limits.It is necessary to strengthen the information and reform mind of editors according to the demands of the new era,to pursue distinguishing feature and change the identical face of university journals. |
