| 摘 要： | 本文通过对"十五"期间及 2005 年普通高校毕业生就业情况的思考,指出了大学生就业难对和谐社会建设可能造成的影响,根据失业理论和就业理论分析了大学毕业生非自愿性失业的现状及成因,从建设和谐社会的角度,对于解决当前大学生就业难问题提出了建议,希望社会、政府、高校和学生都能从自身出发,通过努力解决大学生就业难问题,促进社会和谐稳定发展. |

| Abstract: | Based on discussion on the employment situation during the "10th Five-Year Plan" period and the year 2005,the paper illustrates the possible impacts brought by college students' employment problem on constructing a harmonious society.According to the theory of unemployment and employment,the authors analyze the current situations and reasons of college students' involuntary unemployment and,from the perspective of constructing a harmonious society,make suggestions on solving college students' employment problem.It is expected that society,government,colleges and universities,and college students can solve employment problems by their own efforts to promote the harmonious and stable development of the whole society. |
