| 摘 要： | WTO是一个以法律规则为基础的国际组织 ,对成员国国内司法审查的要求是其高度法律化的典型体现。文章介绍了司法审查制度在 WTO规则体系中的特殊地位 ,分析了 WTO规则适用在中国国内法中的效力 ,对我国建立和完善相应的司法制度进行了探讨
