对现代企业高素质人才管理的思考

摘    要:21世纪的企业将是以拥有现代科学技术知识和现代管理知识等高素质人才为主要特征的现代企业 ,企业在国际间的竞争将是人才尤其是人才制度的竞争 ,认识现代企业竞争环境的变化对高素质人才的需求 ,分析我国目前对高素质人才管理的现状 ,从中找出差距 ,提高管理水平 ,是加快中国现代企业发展的根本途径。

Abstract:In the 21st century enterprises will become modern enterprises which regard there are high-quality talents, such as modern scientific and technical knowledge and modern managerial knowledge, etc. Modern enterprises of the characteristic, the competition internationally of enterprises will be a competition of systems of talent, especially talent, know the demand to high-quality talents of change of the modern enterprise's competitive environment, it is analysed that our country finds out disparity from it to the current situation of high-quality talent's management at present, it is a basic way to quicken the development of modern enterprise of China to improve the management level.
