| 摘 要： | 在社会主义新农村建设中,发展生产是首要任务,而生产发展则要以农业结构调整优化为主线.原村乡农业结构调整的目标是:农业从单纯的种植业向与养殖和观光农业相结合的方向发展;工业从单纯的采矿业向煤炭精加工和农畜产品深加工方向发展;积极发展由观光农业和生态旅游带动的第三产业.
