工学结合模式下高校校园文化的创新建设——以高职院校校园文化建设为例

加强和创新高校校园文化建设,对于加强大学生文化自觉和文化自信,培养新一代与社会接轨的大学生具有重要意义。作为高等教育的一部分,当前我国高职院校校园文化建设虽取得很大成就,但也存在一些亟待解决的问题。因此,要创新高职校园文化建设,应加强领导层认识,鼓励全校师生积极参与,创新优良校风、学风,做好校企文化对接,加强校园网络文化建设和监管,从而创建具有高职特色的校园文化,推进高校校园文化建设向深层次发展。

Innovation Construction of University Campus Culture Under the Mode of Combining Work with Study--Take the Vocational School Campus Culture Construction as an Example

The strengthening and innovation of university campus culture construction is important to strengthen college students＇ cultural awareness and cultural self-confidence, and to cultivate a new gen- eration of college students to link with society. University campus culture, as a part of higher education, has many achievements, but problems exits. Therefore to innovate the vocational school campus culture construction, school leaders should have the awareness, teachers and students participate actively, so as to establish a good school spirit and study environment, link smoothly college and enterprise cultures, and strengthen the construction and supervision of the campus network culture, and finally set up the specific characteristics of higher vocational campus culture, and push the quick development of the uni- versity campus culture construction.
