| 摘 要： | 从高等教育的目的出发 ,结合工科院校学生人文素质现状 ,提出在工科院校开展人文素质教育的重要性与紧迫性 ;探讨工科院校人文教育的具体方法与措施 ;加强教师队伍的人文素质建设 ;讲究形式与方法 ;加大人文教育力度。强调传统文化在其中的作用 ,促进工科生世界观的改造 ,强调高校应培养目光远大、知识渊博、修养深厚的合格人才。

| Abstract: | Based on the aim of higher education and combined with the status quo of humanism competence in engineering colleges, this paper expounds the importance of humanism education in engineering colleges, discusses the concrete way of improving it-humanism construction of the teachers, pay attention to the form and the way, improve the strength during the education process, and protrude the effect of traditional culture. Colleges should put the emphasis on educating students with great ideal, wide knowledge and deep culture. |
