大学生个性特征对比调查分析

本文采用卡特尔16PF人格测试量表对中北大学349名本科大学生进行了问卷调查,试图通过不同层面的大学生个性特征的调查研究,为今后在高校开展更有针对性的个性教育提供一定的理论依据和实践基础,以不断发展大学生个性,培养学生良好的个性品质,使之形成健康和协调的个性,不断推进素质教育。研究结果表明,当代大学生个性特征的主流是积极向上的,个性的发展受到多种因素的影响和制约。

The Contrast of Investigation and Analysis of the Personality Traits for University Students

This article adopted the personality measure tabulation of Cartel's 16PF and staged the questionnaire toward 349 university Students of North University of China with the tabulation.We attempt to investigate and research the different lay of university Students' personality traits for developing the pertinence personality education and providing partial academic gist and practical foundation in the university in future.At the same time,we should develop university Students' personality traits gradually and cultivate undergraduate good personality characters,and make them form healthy and harmonious individuality,and promote the diathesis education.The research result indicates that the mainstream of the contemporary undergraduates' personality traits is positive and progressive,and many factors will affect and restrict the development of trait.
