| 摘 要： | 占世界人口约三分之一的青少年代表着人类社会的未来,是建设和平、幸福、美好生活的重要力量。中国有11.6亿人口,其中18岁以下的未成年人有3亿多。20年后他们就是中国社会的顶梁柱。决定着中华民族复兴事业的得失成败。然而日益严重的青少年犯罪正如冰山悄悄浮出了一角。本文对当今未成年犯罪的基本情况作了分析,对未成年犯罪的刑事待遇问题给出了建设性的建议,以此呼吁全社会关注未成年人犯罪,关注未成年人犯罪的刑事待遇,从而起到预防犯罪的目的。

| Abstract: | The young generation occupying one third of the hole amount on the world represents the future of our society which is the crucial strength to construct a peaceful, happy, beautiful life. There are about 1.16tribllion people in china in which more than 300million are juvenile under 18. They will be the backbone of Chinese society in twenty years and decide the success Or failure of Chinese revive. However the increasing juvenile crime cause our attention day by day. The article analyzes the basic situation of juvenile crime and gives constructive advises on the criminal treatment of this kind crime. It calls on the people to focus on the juvenile crime and the criminal treatment in it and take effective measures to prevent juvenile crime. |
