朝鲜核危机及中国的应对策略

朝鲜发展核武器是为了改善其周边安全环境,满足其国内政治经济形势的需要,同时也是美国的歧视和制裁政策导致的.但朝鲜核危机使半岛局势更加紧张,为美国对东亚事务的介入提供了借口,为日本大力增强其军事力量甚至核武器提供了契机,并有可能出现核扩散的"多米诺骨牌"效应.中国不想朝鲜半岛再生战事,中国不愿再次卷入朝鲜半岛的战事,所以中国必须努力通过六方会谈促使各方协商,从而促进朝鲜核危机的最终解决.

The reason why North Korea tries to develop nuclear weapons is to improve its security environment around it and to meet the need of internal political and economic situation.And it is also a result of discrimination and sanctions of the USA.The North Korea Nuclear Crisis made the Peninsula's situation tenser,gave US excuse to intervene the Peninsula's affairs,and gave Japan the chance to enhance its military power and to develop nuclear weapons.It could induce a "domino effect" of a nuclear proliferation.China does not want another war to occur in the Peninsula,or to be entangled in the possible war of the Peninsula,so the most important for China is to try its best to cause the parties to talk with each other through the Six-party Talks and solve the crisis in the end.
