| 摘 要： | 师德建设和素质教育是密不可分的统一体。素质教育对师德建设提出了更新、更高的要求。教师必须认清二者的关系和师德建设的重要性和必要性 ,并且积极地身体力行 ,端正思想、提高认识、加强自身修养 ,做到身正、心正、行正 ,提高自身综合素质 ,为素质教育创造良好的育人环境

| Abstract: | Cultivation of teaching morals and competence education are indispensable unity. Competence education requires much more in cultivation of teaching morals. Teachers should be aware of the relationship between them and the importance and necessity of cultivating teaching morals. As teachers' moral requires teachers to practice actively, it results in highly integrated competence in thought and behavior. Improving teachers' comprehensive qualities will produce a good educational environment for competence education. |
