现代城市管理理论的诞生与演进

城市管理学萌生于 2 0世纪中叶 ,但对它的学术源流却至今莫衷一是。本文从学术史的角度 ,追溯了城市管理科学的理论化、体系化进程 ;通过对多学科融合分析 ,明确提出现代意义上的城市管理理论孵化于 2 0世纪前期城市科学和管理科学的演进与交汇 ,突出标志如 3 0年代闻名于世的“雅典宪章”和“霍桑实验”。随后 ,作者从学科前沿的视野简介了当前盛行的城市管理理论六大学派 ,并展望了国际城市管理的四大现代化趋势。

The appearance and evolution of modern urban management theory

Urban management theory in the modern meanings incubated in 20s or 30s this century.But till now we are still unable to decide which of the talking about the academic beadstrem is right. This article cast back the theorization and systematism course of the science of urban management from viewpoint of academic history; Based on multi-disciplinary analyzing, this paper definitely puts forward that: uraban management theory in the modern meanings incubated through evolution and mingle of science of urban with science of management in 20s or 30s this century, its outstanding sign include, for example, well famous “Athens Charter" and “Hawthorne Experience ". Then from visual field of subject foreland,the author briefly introduces main six school of urban management theory, which prevail currently, and also discusses the main four modernization trends of international management in prospect.
