| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化条件下,脆弱的贸易收支平衡是发展中国家发生金融危机的经济基础。短期资本的无序流动是发展中国家发生金融危机的外部原因。资本项目的自由化在发展中国家应是一个渐进过程和最终目标。

On the capital account liberalization in developing countries |

| Abstract: | On the condition of economic globalization , financial crisis of developing countries is often based on weak trade balance. Irregular flowing of short capital is outside reason . In developing countries the capital account liberalization should be a gradual and final goal. |
