| 摘 要： | 金融与科技结合渐为当前经济发展新趋势,由此融合生长的科技金融近些年来在我国正在兴起。"十二五"期间,江苏大力发展战略性新兴产业,需借科技金融大力配合支持。本课题报告分析揭示了当前江苏科技金融的发展现状与问题,研究提出了促进科技金融深化发展与创新的"纵向到底、横向到边"的基本思路以及创新发展科技银行与信贷、科技保险、科技证券资本等的主要政策措施。

| Abstract: | As the integration between finance and science & technology is becoming a momentum of economic development,the recent years has seen a rise of sci-tech finance in China.During the period of the 12th Five-Year Plan,Jiangsu has made all-out efforts to develop the strategically important new industries,and this needs the support of sci-tech finance.This paper analyzes the status quo of the sci-tech finance in Jiangsu and points out the problems on it.It also proposes suggestions for policy makers on the measures to be taken on credit system,insurance,security and capital. |
