| 摘 要： | 如果从知识与创新绩效间的关系出发,可以将企业的知识划分为核心知识与外围知识。已有研究表明,对单个企业而言,其知识是一体化的,企业间的生产分工并不必然带来同步的知识分工,因而生产外包不会削弱企业的外围知识对其创新绩效的贡献度。但是在产业集群环境下,外围知识对企业创新绩效的影响是否仍然保持这一特性是一个需要验证的问题。本文以南京市大明路汽车销售与服务业集群为研究对象,通过问卷调研分析得到的结论是:在产业集群中企业间的生产分工与知识分工有可能同步,因为此时企业的外围知识对企业的创新绩效没有显著性影响,从而阐明了集群内企业区别于非集群企业的一个知识特征。
