基于业务流程的企业整合型知识管理系统研究——以工程设计流程为例

企业知识管理系统是一个整合型的社会—技术系统。基于此种认识,本文首先界定了企业整合型知识管理系统的内涵;继而以工程设计流程为例,分析业务流程各子流程的关键知识活动,并将业务流程与知识活动过程相匹配,构建了基于业务流程的企业整合型知识管理系统的概念模型,进而对系统不同发展阶段进行总体目标以及具体管理标杆和信息技术标杆设计。本文的主要目的在于为企业导入知识管理提供一个理论框架,为企业知识管理系统与业务系统的耦合提供范例,为企业开展知识管理提供诊断与导航工具。

A research on enterprise integrated knowledge management system based on business process——with the example of engineering design process

The enterprise knowledge management system is an integrated system of socio-technology.After defining the conception of enterprise integrated knowledge management system,this paper analyzes the key knowledge activities of each sub-process,matching the business processes with knowledge activity processes,so as to build the conceptual model of enterprise integrated knowledge management system based on business process,then to set up the total goals,management benchmarks and technical benchmarks of knowledge management system and sub-systems in each stage.The ultimate purpose of the paper is to provide enterprises with a theoretical framework to develop knowledge management,an example of knowledge management system and business process system coupling,and a diagnosis and navigator tool for knowledge management implementation.
