| 摘 要： | 房地产开发企业作为房地产业中的主体单元,其健康与否决定了其能否在这个不断波动的市场中生存、发展下去,也影响着房地产业的发展。借助人体健康学,分析影响企业健康度的各种因素,对房地产开发企业作健康评价,从而构建一个房地产开发企业健康评价体系,既能综合反映企业的健康水平,又可为提高房地产企业的健康度提供理论与实践的支持。

| Abstract: | The health condition of real estate enterprises decides their development in the fluctuant market.Human health science is used for reference in analyzing various elements which affect the health condition of enterprises and in establishing a health assessment system for them.The system can not only reflect the health condition of enterprises but also provide a theoretical and practical support for its improvement. |
