| 摘 要： | 当前我国民营企业国际化经营已成为其发展的主流趋势,开放式创新是提升其国际竞争力的重要基础。分析我国民营企业国际化与开放式创新的互动关系可看出:通过与外资外向配套和合作开发等形式可以促进企业开放式创新,通过技术寻求等方面的开放式创新也可以促进企业国际化经营活动。温州民营鞋企的实践也在一定程度上说明了国际化与开放式创新的互动关系。

| Abstract: | The internationalization has been the leading development tendency for the private enterprise in China. The open innovation is a major means of gaining a competitive edge globally. After analyzing their relationship,the paper argues that: the collaboration with foreign funds will promote the open innovation,and pursuit of new technological innovation avails to the internationalization. The success of the shoe-making enterprise in Weizhou has demonstrated that. |
