WTO语境下的诚信问题:误区与出路

信用是市场经济的重要基石。有效的基于个体自由竞争基础之上的市场机制 ,必须有一定的道德秩序予以支持。在一定意义上说 ,市场经济是法治经济 ,也是信用经济、道德经济。当前 ,与社会主义市场经济发展相适应的社会信用体系还很不完善 ,失信行为盛行已成为阻碍我国经济正常运行的严重障碍。因此 ,必须从政府、企业、个人三个层面入手进行社会信用建设。

Honesty and credit in the context of WTO:the wrong path and the way out

Credit is the important foundation of market economy.The effective market mechanisms based on free competition must be supported by the corresponding moral standards.To a certain extent,market economy is also legality economy,credit economy and morality economy.As the imperfect social credit system and the frequent actions of losing credit have become the obstacles to our economic development,it is necessary to promote social credit construction from the three aspects of government,enterprise and individual.
