| Abstract: | The healthy growth of enterprises is not only a hot topic in domestic and foreign academic circles but a big subject which enterprises are facing in the age of innovation.This article believes that the universal law for the healthy growth of enterprises is a dynamic unification of innovation ability and control ability.It has discussed from the angle of combining theory with practice why a dynamic unification of innovation ability and control ability is necessary,what the dynamic unification is and how to realize the unification. |
