中国公共支出及其影响因素的协整分析——结合布朗和杰克逊对实证研究批评意见的改进性检验

公共支出不仅受到国民收入的影响,而且与一个社会的经济基本特征密切相关。运用动态计量经济学工具,结合布朗和杰克逊对实证研究方法的批评性意见,依据中国的数据对影响公共支出的因素作实证检验,结果表明:就国民收入与公共支出的关系来看,中国的情形与已有研究结论是基本一致的。除此之外,中国公共支出还要受到劳动力参与率的显著影响。

A co-integration analysis on China's public expenditure and its affecting factors A modified test according to Brown & Jackson's comments on empirical study

Public expenditure is not only affected by national income but is closely related to the basic features of society. By adopting the tool of dynamic econometrics and taking Brown and Jackson’s comments on empirical study, this paper made an analysis on China’s public expenditure and its affecting factors in the light of its own data. The result showed that in the relation between national income and public expenditure, China’s situation was in accordance with the research conclusions. Besides, China’s public expenditure was noticeably affected by labor-force participation rate.
