| Abstract: | On the basis of case analysis and statistic analysis, a research is undertaken on the cooperation machanism,operation administration and development countermeasures in the strategic alliance of high tech enterprises.The purpose is to provide precautionary advisory service for high tech enterprises on how to promote their capacities of competition through deepening their reforms,and to provide for government departments practical and rational scientific basis and policy proposals for effective macroscopic management,policy formulation and strategy decision in high tech enterprises. |
