| 摘 要： | 美国城市化主要是 1 9 世纪后半期和 2 0 世纪最初 2 0 年间完成的,其速度之快,规模之大举世无双。城市的兴起,使现代生活为之焕然的同时,也给人类社会带来许多难题和困扰。针对城市化进程所带来的种种问题,美国政府在不同时期采取了不同的政策。深入探讨美国政府解决“城市病”的成功经验,吸取其失败教训,将对我们城市问题的解决提供有益的启示。

| Abstract: | American urbanization was completed roughly between 1850 and 1920. The thriving of cities has brought about new atmosphere to modern life but it also led to many problems and troubles. In order to solve these problems, the US government adopted specific policies in different periods. A thorough analysis of both success and failure of the federal government in dealing with the malpractice of cities will provide some enlightenment for solving our problems of urban construction. |
