将传统分析方法和经济学思想拓展到供应链管理领域,分析供应链能量系统的运营绩效、逆向物流、经济成本,并综合考虑环境和资源的可持续发展,引入系统负效应因子,对两个水泥供应链系统流程进行计算,从计算过程和结果可以看出,该方法有效地将供应链系统的多目标优化问题简化,从经济学的角度全面地评价供应链系统绩效,具有一定的应用价值,能够找出资源利用和环境影响中的薄弱环节,为供应链系统绩效的改进提供参考。

An evaluation on supply chain system performance by applying the thought of economics

Based on the traditional analytical theory, the thought of economics and the methodology of supply chain system, this paper regards the supply chain as a huge energy system. It analyzes the supply chain system performance, reverse logistics and supply chain cost under the circumstance of economics, and then introduces the metric of “system negative environmental effect” by taking the factors of environmental effect into account and also by using the numerical computing results to evaluate the supply chain system performance from the point of energy.
