论绿色供应链管理——科学发展观视野下供应链管理的新发展

新的科学发展观要求经济活动要有环境亲和性 ,传统供应链管理的缺陷是没有考虑生态效益和社会效益 ,因此 ,“绿化”供应链势在必行。绿色供应链管理以信息技术、绿色制造技术和供应链管理技术为支撑 ,选择具有绿色优势的企业为核心建立战略联盟 ,通过采用详细的环境效益标准 ,树立供应链成员的环保意识并采用绿色技术 ,使产品从物料获取到消费再到回收利用的整个流程中 ,资源效率尽可能高 ,环境影响尽可能小 ,供应链经济效益和社会效益协调优化。绿色供应链的实施和推广可以分为技术层次、体制层次和意识层次 ,三个层次的实施和推广难度依次递增 ,企业可以根据自身及所处供应链的“绿化”程度选择合适的发展战略

Green supply chain management-- A new concept of SCM in the light of scientific development

The traditional supply chain management has not taken into account the Eco performance and social performance of the economical activities, which goes against the requirement of scientific developmental views. Therefore, it’s necessary to integrate environmental factor into the process of supply chain. In this paper, the concept, connotation and architecture of GSCM are discussed. Based on it, three phrases are proposed to implement GSCM: technological, regulative and ideal, which can give reference for corporations and other organizations on carrying out GSCM.
