| Abstract: | In this paper, an enterprise's performance management is reviewed. A performance management system as an enterprise wide platform, links an enterprise's strategies, resources, and business processes through the management of the enterprise's performance is put forward. The system is used to guide decision and activities. The article proposes that performance management be need for enterprise to improve competitive advantage in new economy, performance management of purpose and effect. What the enterprise performance management system is composed of, the database planning, the hierarchy integrated process evaluation model, communication framework and function framework are described. The enterprise performance management implement is depicted briefly. A concluding discussion and further work are resented at the end of this paper. |
