| 摘 要： | BOT这种集项目融资、建设及运营于一体的模式已经越来越多地被我国政府运用于基础设施建设中,所以对BOT项目风险研究是非常必要的。而风险研究的起点是风险识别,所以应当根据BOT项目的特点,找出各阶段可能出现的风险。经研究,找出了BOT项目存在的风险种类及来源,然后又从项目各参与方角度对这些风险进一步总结,分别归入外部风险和内部风险两大类,为进一步研究BOT项目风险奠定基础。

The risk factor and the risk source in BOT project |

| Abstract: | The BOT approach is widely brought into the field of infrastructure construction by Chinese government now. In this paper, the risk factor and risk source in BOT Project are concluded from the trait of the BOT project and the integration of the risk factor in every stage of BOT project. And the project risk can be classified into inner risk and outer risk by the point of view of every involved party in BOT project. |
