| 摘 要： | 文章从活跃发电市场、实现社会总体福利最大化角度出发,考虑电力环境管控、税收调节等手段,建立发电商目标利润模型和以政府为代言人的社会福利模型,通过社会福利最大化市场均衡解的求出,得出改变当前电商寡头垄断发电格局、推进发电侧市场竞争的结论.

| Abstract: | In order to stimulate electric power generation market and achieve maximum social welfare,the article takes power environmental control and tax adjustment into account,establishing power supplier profit model and social welfare model of the government as the spokesperson,then working out the market equilibrium of social welfare maximization,coming to the conclusion of changing current monopoly power generation market and advancing the competition of electric power generation market. |
