超越"个体伦理政治"与"制度伦理政治"的逻辑

“个体伦理政治”、“制度伦理政治”是政治伦理的两大基本类型。其中,任何一种类型在政治伦理的历史展开中都具有其发生学意义上的合理性和局限性,但都必须扬弃与超越。本文主要从五个层面具体地分析了两类不同的政治伦理之别,并在此基础上分析了中国建立社会主义民主政治和建设社会主义政治文明,必须立足于“制度伦理政治”,彻底摈弃“个体伦理政治”的思维,贯彻“制度伦理政治”优先的根本原则,同时又吸收“个体伦理政治”中强调个体道德修造的合理之资源。惟有如此,社会主义政治伦理的成长才具有坚实的现实基础。

Transcend the Logic of "Individual Ethical Politics" and "Systematical Ethical Politics"

The paper proposes "individual ethical politics" and "systematical ethical politics",which are two basic types of political ethics.They have rationality as well as limitations and have to discard and transcend in their evolution.By analyzing the differences of the two types of political ethics from five facets,the article points out that in order to formulate Chinese socialist democracy and civilization of politics we must rely on the systematical ethical politics,abandon the "individual ethical politics",adopt the fundamental principles of "systematical ethical politics" and absorb the valuable part in "individual ethical politics".Only in this way can socialism political ethics grow on a strong foundation.
