| 摘 要： | 重庆是西部经济开发的重点,也是我国经济增长的第五极和统筹城乡发展的试验区,把发展现代物流业作为成渝经济区开发系统工程中的重要一环是必不可少的。而运输业务是物流企业中最主要的业务活动,文章以重庆地区的物流企业为背景,研究企业的运输业务流程的优化设计,为重庆地区的物流企业发展提供可行的理论参考。
