学分制的本质特征与实施策略

摘    要:学分制是以学分为单位 ,测量和控制学校教育量和学生学习量的教学管理制度。学分制适应了市场经济对人才培养的多样化要求 ,具体可概括为 4个方面的特征。我国现行学分制有普通高校学分制和自学考试学分制两大类型 ,而普通高校学分制又分基本全面学分制和学年学分制两种模式。对于尚未实行学分制的高校 ,实施学分制有六条操作策略。

The Essential Features of the Credit System and Its Implementation Strategies

Abstract:The credit system is an education management system by which the credit is used as a unit to measure and control the capacity of school's teaching and student's learning. The credit system conforms to the diversified requirements of market economy to the talent cultivation and it essential features can be summed up in 4 aspects. In China the credit system in effect is of two types, that is, the one in colleges and universities and the one in self-study examination. The credit system in colleges and universities is further divided into basic overall one and year-end one. For the colleges and universities that haven't instituted the credit system, the author offers 6 implementation strategies in the article.
