| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生作为承载社会、家长以及自身高期望值的特殊群体，自我定位比较高，成才期望强，社会对其要求也很高，这使大学生面临很大的心理压力，表现出了特有的心理状态，也产生了很多心理困惑。针对大学生出现的就业心理问题进行分析，并提出调适就业心理障碍的方法，对促进大学生人格健全发展和充分就业具有十分重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | University students assume high expectations of the society and their parents and they themselves are eager to be successful as well.Meanwhile,the society proposes strict requirements for them.All these factors make university students confronted with much psychological pressure,and as a result harbor much psychological confusion.This paper,after analyzing the psychological problems of university students in employment,puts forward approaches to adjusting the psychological obstacles in employment,which is of great significance in the overall development of the personalities of university students and their employment. |
