摘    要:探索适合校情的人才培养和管理模式是新时期许多高校的重大任务。导师制因其独特的优越性而被越来越多的学校引入到高年级本科生的教育管理过程中。导师在学生选课、专业学习和研究以及生活等方面进行具体指导 ,可有力地提高学生的综合素质和创新能力 ;体现了因材施教的原则 ,也体现了高校全员育人的理念 ,对于推进高校素质教育工作的开展具有十分重要的意义

Abstract:Tutorial system, an efficient management pattern for personnel training in the institution of higher learning, is now more and more often adopted in the management of senior undergraduates in colleges and universities. With tutors guiding senior students to select subjects,to do study and researches, their comprehensive quality and their ability to work creatively will be considerably improved, and students can be actually taught in accordance with their aptitude. With this system,the whole faculty in colleges and universities will be able to take part in the personnel training.So,tutorial system is of great significance for the higher education for all around development.
