| 摘 要： | 通过分析制浆造纸企业竞争优势的形成 ,结合中国制浆造纸企业的现状 ,提出了制浆造纸企业创造并保持竞争优势的两条途径 :降低产品成本 ,获得成本优势 ;扩大产品差别 ,获得差别化优势。现阶段中国制浆造纸企业可通过实施林纸一体化、增加阔叶木造纸比重、扩大生产规模、节约能耗等途径降低产品成本 ;而提高产品差别化则可通过提高产品质量、增加产品品种、提高产品附加值等途径获得的

| Abstract: | By analyzing the present situation of pulp and paper mills in China,the paper offers solutions to improve competitive advantage as follows:firstly,reduce product cost to get cost advantage;secondly,expand product differentiation to get differentiated advantage.By increasing broad leave pulp ratio,expanding production scale and saving energy consumption,the product cost can be decreased greatly;meanwhile,the differentiated advantage can be obtained by improving product quality,increasing varieties and added value of products. |
