中国和加拿大在发展中社区参与的比较

在当今发展的实践和理论两个方面上 ,加拿大和中国都把社区参与认同为促进发展的重要手段和发展的重要目标。由于社会经济和发展道路等方面的不同 ,中国和加拿大在对社区概念的理解 ,社区参与的机制 ,限制社区参与的因素 ,社区参与的评价和所带来的影响方面存在很大的差异。中国的社区参与必须本土化 ,走有中国特色的社区参与发展的道路。但中国需借鉴加拿大的经验 ,认真研究中国在发展中社区参与的评价指标体系 ,规范社区参与的方法和研究参与性方法的本土化 ,努力将社区参与纳入到自身的体制中去。

A Comparative Study on Community Participation in Development in China and Canada

In both Canada and China,the concept of community participation has been considered as an important objective and means of development.However,because of different social and economical background of the two countries,there are great differences in terms of concept understanding,its mechanisms,constraints,evaluation and impacts as well.It holds that China should take its own way to promote community participation in development to meet Chinese cultural,social and economic conditions.Besides,China should learn from Canadian experiences on community participation in development.
