| 摘 要： | 本文从高校学术权力与行政权力的主体发展状态这一视角出发,从物质、制度、文化三个方面由浅入深地分析了高校内在权力冲突存在发展的影响源,强调了权力冲突的主体性和人文性,并对高校内部管理协调机制的构建提供了有效的建议。

| Abstract: | This article is from an angle of the subjects'developing state of the academic power and executive power in the university.By analyzing the influential factors to the power conflict between the academic power and executive power of the university from three aspects of the material,institution and culture which are from the surface to the depth,this article emphasizes the humanism and subjectivity of the power conflict.And it also offers effective suggestion to construct the good operative mechanism of the university. |
