文化软实力的社会、政治功能浅探

对于一个民族而言，文化是激发凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉，是决定一个国家综合国力竞争的重要因素，由此，激发全民族文化创造活力，提高国家文化软实力，是对文化软实力的战略地位和重要作用的新认识、新论断。文化软实力作为一个国家综合国力的重要组成部分，在社会、经济的发展和政治等方面都发挥着重大的功能：促进社会、经济健康发展的功能；社会整合功能；教育塑造功能；政治合法性功能；文化软实力是国家和民族生存发展的重要保证，是民族振兴的重要支撑，以文化形态为主的软实力已然成为当今时代国家间实力消长的决定性因素之一。

The Brief Discussion in Social and Political Function of Cultural Soft Power

There are such expressions in the report of the 17th national congress of the Chinese Communist Party： culture is becoming the more and more important sources of national cohesion and creativity and important factors of the competition of comprehensive national power, and ＇stimulate the whole nation＇s culture, heightening our country＇s cultural soft power creative vitality. It is the new cognition and judgement of the strategic importance of cultural soft power. Cultural soft power, as an important part in the comprehensive national power, plays a big role in the development of society, economy and politics： social integration function, personality molding and educational functions, political legitimacy function. It＇s the guarantee of the survival and development of our country, and the upholding of the revitalization of our nation. Soft power, mainly in cultural type, is becoming the decisive factors in the competition between different countries in the world.
