| 摘 要： | 客户是商业银行生存与发展的基础,是其主要利润来源,如何对客户进行取舍、管理,与客户终身价值研究密不可分,如何衡量客户的价值成为一个关键的问题。本文在前人研究的基础上结合商业银行公司客户的自身特点建立一套科学合理的客户终身价值指标评价体系,并运用SPSS13.0和AMOS17.0软件进行分析,最后得出可行的、科学的客户终身价值结构方程模型,丰富了客户终身价值的研究领域,为商业银行的客户分类、客户关系管理提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Customer is the foundation of the survival and development of commercial banks.It is the main source of profit of commercial banks.How to measure customer value becomes a key issue.This article establishes a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of corporate client lifetime value of commercial banks on the basis of previous research.Then it provides a scientific structural equation model of customer lifetime value by using the analysis of software SPSS13.0 and AMOS17.0.The structural equation model of customer lifetime value enrich the field of customer lifetime value and provide basis for customer relationship management and customer classification of commercial banks. |
