略论我国政府宏观调控体系

虽然我国已初步建立社会主义市场经济体制,但市场发育很不成熟,市场功能发挥受到极大的限制,这种状况就需要我们进一步加强政府宏观调控的力度,以便弥补市场配置资源的缺失;另外,我国加入WTO后,我国宏观调控受到很大的挑战。为此,我们必须探索具有我国特色的宏观调控体系来应对这种挑战。我们认为,发展计划、财政、货币和产业政策等因素构成了我国政府宏观调控体系的有机架构。

A Tentative Study on China's Governmental Macro-regulatory System

With the preliminary establishment of Socialist market system in China, the inmaturity of market development has greatly impacted its market functions. It is of gveat necessity to further reinforce govermental macro-regulation to complement the lack of market disposition resources. In addition, with China's entry into WTO, our macro-regulation inevitably faces great challenges. Therefore the search for a macro-regulatory system of Chinese characteristics becomes a must to combat the challenge. It is believed that the organic framework of our governmental macro-regulation be composed of development planning, finance, monetary and industrial policies.
