摘    要:和谐企业是构建和谐社会的经济与社会的微观基础。和谐企业的本质是员工关系的和谐。改革和规范企业收入分配制度,科学调节利益分配,均衡企业与员工利益的获取,只有使和谐企业建立在牢固的物质基础上,才能不断增强企业的竞争力与和谐程度。

Abstract:Being a microeconomic and micro-social basis for building a harmonious socialist society,constructing a harmonious en- terprise essentially intends to maintain the relationship among the employees in harmony;reform and standardize the enterprise's income distribution system;regulate its profit distribution in a scientific manner and make a balance of the profit gains between em- ployees and the enterprise.Only in this way can the harmonious enterprise be built on a solid economic foundation,which turns out to enhance the enterprise's competitiveness and harmony.
