Investigation of Preventing Subsidiary Company's Opportunistic Behavior in the Enterprise Group

Establishing an enterprise group is indispensable for the economy development of our country. In the enterprise group, the opportunistic behavior of its subsidiary company will damage the vantage of the group.According to the analysis of the transaction cost and the theory of relevant transaction, we find that the separated or combined application of the management mechanism of the ownership and the transaction of the relevant party can limit the transaction conduct of the subsidiary. If the headquarters select some management mechanism in terms of its condition, then it can avoid the opportunistic behavior of the subsidiary company to some degree.
